Public parking is available for a daily fee at the Grace Hall parking lot off Prince Street. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking May 1 – November 3, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to Midnight. Parking in Town-owned lots is free from November 4 – April 30. ✨ THINGS TO KNOW ✨ This home is located on a peaceful residential street with year-round neighbors. Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and help preserve the calm, residential character of the neighborhood. We realize this is a spacious home with incredible views and inviting outdoor spaces. You're welcome to have a few friends over, but please use good judgment. This home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting. Please don't bring the party back here. A few friends are fine. Large gatherings are not. We love this home and are delighted to share it with respectful guests. Please treat it with the same care and consideration you would your own. Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of six (6) guests. The home accommodates up to six guests with three beds, a king, a king, and a queen, across two bedrooms and a separate third sleeping space. If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds six (6) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total reservation amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply. No parties or events Smoke-free property (interior and exterior per HOA rules) By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms.

Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. The West End is stunning, and our spacious and comfortable townhouse is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our townhouse community is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors, especially within a townhouse community like ours. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

You can hop a cab or pedicab upon your arrival, or enjoy a leisurely stroll through town on the way to our place. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ Two cars can park comfortably in the private driveway right outside our garage door. The garage is tight, but if your car is small, you could use it if you need room for an additional car. Please DO NOT use any other parking on the premises. Need more space? Public parking is available for a daily fee at the Grace Hall parking lot off Prince Street.
